How to redeem a reward for a customer

When a customer has a reward available, you can redeem it directly from the scanner at the time of payment.

Scan the customer's card as usual. If they have an unlocked reward, you'll see a Redeem Reward button next to their balance. Tap it and a confirmation will appear with the reward name.

Confirm the redemption — this action is irreversible, so make sure before doing it. The system deducts the corresponding points, marks the reward as used, and the customer's card updates immediately. The redemption is recorded in the history with the time and scanner name.
