The scanning process is designed to be fast and frictionless. With practice, each transaction takes less than 10 seconds.
Open the scanner on your phone and tap Scan.
Point the camera at the QR code the customer shows on their phone (Apple Wallet or Google Wallet).
The system automatically loads the customer's profile: name, current balance, and available rewards.
Enter the purchase amount and tap Confirm.
Points are credited and the customer's card updates on their phone instantly.
If the camera isn't available, you can also look up the customer by name or phone number from the scanner's main screen.
