The Welcome Back scanner is a web app that your team uses from the phone's browser. There's no need to download anything from the App Store or Google Play.
Your team just needs to open the scanner link in their browser and log in with their credentials. The link is always the same — you can bookmark it or install it on the phone's home screen for quick access.
To install on the home screen on iPhone: open the link in Safari → tap the share icon → select "Add to Home Screen". On Android: open in Chrome → tap the menu → select "Add to Home Screen". It will appear just like a regular app.
