Every time a customer downloads one of your digital loyalty cards, their profile is added to your customer base, giving you access to key data about their purchases, visits, and loyalty behavior.

🧠 Why It Matters

The Customer Database acts as a CRM designed specifically for loyalty, so you can:

  • See who your customers are

  • Track visit frequency and spend

  • Offer a more personalized experience

By default, your customer list is sorted by most recent visit, putting your most engaged customers at the top.

📊 Key Metrics in the Customer Table

Each row in your database shows actionable insights about a customer:

🧮 AOV – Average Order Value

Shows the average spend per visit for this customer.

💰 LTV – Lifetime Value

Total amount the customer has spent at your business since joining your loyalty program.

🎟️ Loyalty Card

Displays which card the customer currently has active. Useful if you have multiple tiers, partnerships, or specialized cards.

Status (Active / Inactive)

Customers are marked active if they’ve made a transaction in the last 30 days.

📥 Downloading Your Customer List

You can download your entire customer base in CSV format — including all associated data — by clicking the download button at the top of the table.

🗑️ Deleting a Customer

To delete a customer, click the trash icon on the far right of the row.
Deleting a customer removes:

  • Their profile from your CRM

  • Their installed digital card

  • All their transaction records

  • Their spend and point history

  • Any rewards they’ve redeemed

⚠️ If they download the card again later, they will be treated as a brand new customer.

🔍 Customer Detail View

Clicking on a customer’s name opens their full profile, where you can:

  • View personal details

  • Check their points balance

  • See their loyalty card status

  • Track their visit and reward history

✏️ Editing a Customer’s Points

In the detailed view, you can manually adjust the customer’s point balance.

⚠️ Be aware that changing a customer’s points may affect which rewards are available to them.

Example:

  • Customer has 5 points

  • A reward is available at 5 points

  • You change the balance to 4 → the reward is no longer available

🧾 Visit History

In the Recent Visits section, you can see:

  • When and where a customer visited

  • What kind of transaction was made (points earned or reward redeemed)

This helps you understand your customer behavior, such as their favorite store locations or visit patterns.

✅ Summary

With a powerful, easy-to-use CRM built into your loyalty program, you’re better equipped to grow.

Welcome Back gives you everything you need to:

  • Track your most loyal customers

  • Understand their behavior

  • Offer a rewarding and engaging loyalty experience
