You can modify or archive a reward at any time from the Dashboard without affecting customers who already have it unlocked.
Go to Loyalty → your program → Rewards → Manage. You'll see the list of active rewards with two actions per reward:
Pencil icon (edit) — change the name, point cost, earning threshold, or image. Changes apply immediately.
Archive icon — deactivates the reward. It's no longer available for new customers, but those who already had it unlocked can still redeem it. You can restore it from the Archived tab whenever you want.
To create a new reward, use the + Create Reward button on the same screen.
