How to pause or close enrollments to your card

Go to Loyalty → your card → Edit → Card Rules. At the very top you'll find the Enabled toggle. Turning it off immediately closes new enrollments — customers who are already enrolled continue to use their card and accumulate points normally.

On the same screen you can also configure the Downloaded Card Expiration Policy: define when a downloaded card expires and is removed from the customer's Wallet. Options are: Never expire, After X days of inactivity, or After X days from download. Customer data, points, and transaction history are never deleted — only the digital card is removed from their wallet.

Finally, the Public Directory toggle controls whether your program appears in the Welcome Back public directory. Turning it off prevents new customers from discovering your card from there.
