Go to Loyalty → your card → Edit → Card Rules. In the "How does this card award points?" section, choose one of these three modes:
Cashier chooses when scanning: the staff manually enters the points when scanning the customer. Ideal for businesses with very variable ticket amounts.
Calculate from the order: you define amount ranges and the system calculates points automatically. For example, from 0 to unlimited = 1 point. Or create ranges by spending level using Dynamic Points Calculation.
Fixed amount per order: always the same points regardless of the purchase amount. Ideal for stamp cards where each visit equals 1 stamp.
On the same screen you can also set Initial Points (a welcome gift at enrollment), Maximum Total Points, and Maximum Points per Day to control the program limits.
