When setting up your loyalty card, the system asks for milestone images. A milestone is each progress level on the card — for example: 1 stamp, 5 stamps, 10 stamps. Each one can have a representative image that the customer sees on their card.
To upload the images correctly, make sure they meet these requirements: PNG or JPG format, minimum size of 300×300 pixels, transparent or white background, and less than 2MB in size. If the image is too large or in a different format, the system will show an error.
If the system asks you to "fix milestone images" and you're not sure what the problem is, check that you've uploaded one image for each milestone you have configured — if you have 5 milestones, you need 5 images. You can also use the same image for all milestones if you prefer a simpler setup.
