The loyalty report gives you a complete view of your program's performance over time. It's the main tool for measuring whether your investment in loyalty is paying off.
Go to Analytics → Loyalty. You'll find charts showing enrollment trends, points issued vs. redeemed, and customer retention. Retention is especially important: it measures what percentage of customers who enrolled are still active 30, 60, and 90 days later.
A healthy program has a retention curve that doesn't drop too fast in the first 30 days. If there's a sharp drop, it may signal friction in the enrollment process or rewards that aren't attractive enough.
