Active customers: how many people have your card and have interacted recently. New enrollments: how many new customers joined this week or month. Points issued: the total points you awarded in the period. Rewards redeemed: how many times customers used their rewards.
A good sign of program health is a high redemption rate — it means customers are reaching their rewards and coming back to use them. If it's very low, consider lowering the points threshold needed to redeem.
