What do the customer levels mean: New, Regular, and VIP?

Welcome Back automatically classifies your customers into levels based on their activity. This helps you identify who your best customers are and who needs attention.

New: just signed up or has few interactions. Regular: visits with some frequency and keeps their card active. VIP: your most loyal customer — visits frequently, accumulates many points, and has high value for your business.

You can use these levels to create targeted campaigns: an exclusive offer for VIPs, or a reactivation campaign for those who haven't visited in a while. Levels update automatically based on each customer's behavior.
