How to read your email campaign metrics

After sending a campaign, Welcome Back shows you the results so you can measure its impact and improve future ones.

Go to Email Marketing → Campaigns and select the sent campaign. You'll see these metrics: Delivery rate (what percentage reached the inbox), Open rate (how many opened the email), Click rate (how many clicked a link), and Unsubscribes (how many asked not to receive more emails).

A healthy open rate is between 20% and 35% for food service businesses. If yours is lower, consider improving the email subject — it's the first thing that determines whether someone opens it or not.
