Sending an email campaign to your customers from Welcome Back takes just a few minutes. No design or coding knowledge required.
Go to Email Marketing → Campaigns and tap New campaign.
Give your campaign an internal name (for example "July 2025 Promo").
Design the email with the visual editor: drag text blocks, images, and buttons.
Write the email subject — it's the first thing your customers will see in their inbox.
Select who to send it to: all your customers or a specific segment.
Send it immediately or schedule it for later.
We recommend sending yourself a test email before sending it to all your customers — this way you can see exactly how it will look in the inbox.
