How to pause or deactivate an automation

You can pause an automation at any time without losing its configuration. This is useful if you have a slow season or want to review the results before continuing.

Go to Automations and find the rule you want to pause. In that automation's row you'll see an on/off toggle. Tap it to pause it — the system will stop running that rule immediately.

Rewards that had already been sent before pausing remain valid for the customers who received them. Only new sends are stopped. To reactivate it, simply turn the toggle back on.
