Milestone rewards unlock automatically when a customer reaches a set number of points. They are the foundation of any points-based loyalty program.
Go to Cards → your program → Rewards and tap New reward. Define the reward name ("Free dessert"), how many points it costs to redeem, and optionally an image to represent it.
When a customer accumulates that number of points, the system automatically notifies them: "You unlocked a free dessert!" The reward appears on their card and your team can redeem it with the scanner on the next visit.
