How to win back customers who haven't visited in a while

The inactivity automation lets you reconnect with customers who stopped coming, sending them an incentive before they forget you.

  1. Go to Automations → New automation and select Inactivity.

  2. Define how many days without a visit trigger the rule (for example, 30 days).

  3. Choose the reward you want to offer as an incentive to bring them back.

  4. Write the message: "We miss you! Come back and enjoy this free coffee."

  5. Activate the automation.

The system checks every day which customers have gone X days without transactions and sends them the reward automatically. They won't receive the reward twice for the same rule — the system handles this on its own.
