The birthday reward is one of the most effective tools for building customer loyalty. It's sent automatically every year without you having to remember it.
Go to Automations in the Dashboard and tap New automation.
Select the Birthday type.
Choose what prize the customer receives (for example, "Free coffee" or "20% discount").
Write the message the customer will see: "Happy birthday! Here's a free coffee on us."
Define how many days the prize is valid (for example, 7 days from their birthday).
Save and activate the automation.
For this to work, the customer must have entered their date of birth when registering. The system checks this automatically every day.
