What is the points ledger and how to read it?

S
Written by Seba de Welcome Back

The ledger is the complete history of all point movements for a customer — like the account statement of their loyalty card.

Each ledger entry records: the type of movement (earned points, redeemed a reward, manual adjustment, expiration), the number of points, the balance before and after, and who performed the action. This ensures a complete and transparent audit trail.

To view it, go to Customers → customer profile → Points History. If you need to explain to a customer why their balance changed, you'll find the exact answer here.
