From the Dashboard you can see the status of each customer enrolled in your program and make adjustments when necessary.
Go to Customers and search for the customer by name, email, or phone number. When you click on their profile, you'll see their current points balance, transaction history, available rewards, and when their last visit was.
From the same profile you can manually adjust points (with a reason log), enable or disable their card, and view the complete movement ledger. All changes are recorded with date, time, and who made them.
