Welcome points are points you automatically give to each new customer when they enroll in your program. They're a way to incentivize the first sign-up.
To configure them, go to your card in the Dashboard and look for the Initial Points section. There you define how many points each customer receives when they join. For example, "Start with 10 bonus points".
These points appear immediately on the customer's card and motivate them to come back to complete their first reward. It's one of the simplest and most effective settings for activating new customers.
