What is the difference between points, stamps, and cashback?

Written by Seba de Welcome Back

Welcome Back offers three types of loyalty programs. Each works differently and suits different types of businesses.

Points: customers accumulate points based on how much they spend. For example, 1 point for every $1,000 CLP spent. When they reach a total, they redeem a reward. It's the most flexible and popular model.

Stamps: works like the classic coffee card — each visit or purchase adds a stamp. When the card is complete, the customer earns a fixed prize. Ideal for businesses with similar ticket sizes like coffee shops or lunch restaurants.

Cashback: the customer receives a percentage of each purchase as credit to use on future visits. For example, 5% cashback. Creates a very effective sense of immediate savings.
