I can't see the Show module (Digital Menu) in my account — how to fix it

You're on the Grow plan or higher but can't see the Show module (Digital Menu, Landing Page, or Campaigns) in your dashboard? Here's how to fix it.

Step 1 — Check your current plan

  1. Go to Settings → Plan and billing

  2. Confirm that your active plan is Grow, Pro, or higher

The Show module (which includes Digital Menu, Landing Page, and QR) is only available on the Grow plan and above. If you're on Return, you'll need to upgrade.

Step 2 — Check if the module is enabled

If your plan is Grow or higher and you still don't see Show in the sidebar:

  • Log out and log back in — sometimes after a plan change, a new login is needed for the modules to appear

  • Try from a different browser or an incognito window

  • If you're using the app from your phone, try from a computer as well

Step 3 — If it still doesn't appear

If after checking your plan and logging back in the module is still missing:

Write to us in this chat with the following information:

  • Your business name

  • Your current plan (you can see it in Settings → Plan)

  • What device and browser you're accessing from

What does the Show module include?

  • Smart Menu — your digital menu with categories, products, and modifiers

  • Landing Page — a web page for your business with your menu, social media, and more

  • QR and URL — QR codes and direct links to share your menu
