How to reorder your menu and publish changes
Want to change the order of categories or products in your digital menu? Here's how to do it and how changes get published.
The most important thing: there's no "publish" button
In Welcome Back, menu changes are published automatically when you save. You don't need to look for a publish button — as soon as you edit a price, move a category, or add a product and click save, your digital menu updates instantly.
How to reorder menu categories
Log into your dashboard at app.welcomeback.io
Go to Show → Smart Menu
You'll see the list of categories (e.g., Starters, Main Courses, Desserts)
Drag the categories up or down to change their order
The new order saves automatically
How to reorder products within a category
Inside Show → Smart Menu, click the category you want to organize
You'll see all products in that category
Drag products to change their position
Changes save automatically — you don't need to do anything else
Edited prices but don't see the changes?
If you edited a price but your digital menu still shows the old one:
Make sure you clicked Save after editing the product
Open your menu in an incognito window or clear your browser cache — sometimes the browser stores the old version
Wait 1-2 minutes if you just saved
