How to reset your password and recover access to your account
Forgot your password or can't log in? Here's how to recover access in under 2 minutes.
Option 1 — Reset your password from the login screen
Go to app.welcomeback.io
Click "Forgot your password?" below the password field
Enter the email address you used when signing up
Check your inbox (and spam folder) — you'll receive an email with a link to create a new password
Click the link, enter your new password, and you're all set
The recovery link is valid for 24 hours. If it expires, just repeat the process.
Option 2 — You don't remember which email you signed up with
If you're not sure which email you used to create your account:
Check if you received a welcome email from Welcome Back in any of your inboxes
Try the email you normally use for your business
If none of them work, write to us in this chat with your business name and we'll help you find your account
Option 3 — The recovery email doesn't arrive
If you requested a password reset but haven't received the email:
Check your spam or junk folder
Wait up to 5 minutes — sometimes there's a short delay
Make sure you're typing your email correctly (no spaces or typos)
If it still doesn't arrive after 2 attempts, write to us in this chat and we'll fix it manually
