Every touchpoint you create in Welcome Back automatically collects data. You can see exactly how many people scanned your QR, when they did it, and how your visitors behave.
How to access analytics
Go to the Touchpoints section in your Welcome Back dashboard.
Click on the touchpoint you want to analyze.
The analytics panel will open with all the information.
What you'll find
Traffic over time
A chart showing visit volume over time. It lets you spot trends, identify your busiest days, and understand whether your QR usage is growing.
Performance by channel
Shows where scans are coming from, broken down by each touchpoint. This lets you compare which ones drive the most traffic — for example, whether your entrance poster QR brings more people than your Instagram one.
Peak hours
A chart that combines hours and days of the week so you can see exactly when your customers scan the most. Useful for planning promotions or adjusting service hours.
Visitor loyalty
Shows how many visitors are new versus returning. This helps you understand whether you're attracting new customers or if your regulars keep interacting.
Recent activity
A real-time list of the latest scans, so you can see the most recent activity for each touchpoint.
