Complete checklist to set up your Welcome Back account from scratch

Welcome to Welcome Back

This guide walks you through the initial setup step by step. Follow the recommended order and you'll have everything ready in less than an hour.


Step 1 β€” Set up your business profile

Start by adding your restaurant's information. Go to Settings β†’ Business profile and complete:

  • Business name

  • Logo

  • Address and phone number

  • Opening hours

This information appears on your loyalty card and landing page.


Step 2 β€” Customize your loyalty card

Your card is the first thing customers see. Go to Card β†’ Design and add:

  • Your business logo (PNG or JPG, transparent background recommended)

  • Cover or strip image

  • Brand colors

Once saved, the card is ready to share with customers.


Step 3 β€” Set up your points program

Go to Program β†’ Settings and define:

  • How many points a customer earns per purchase

  • How many points they need to redeem a reward

  • What the reward is (discount, free item, etc.)

Start simple. You can adjust the rules at any time.


Step 4 β€” Install the scanner at your register

To log purchases and add points, you need the scanner on the device at your register. Go to Scanner β†’ New device and follow the instructions.

The scanner works on any tablet or phone with internet access.


Step 5 β€” Share your card (optional: activate Show)

You're ready to start giving cards to customers. You have three ways:

  • QR at the register: customers scan it and add the card to their wallet

  • Direct link: share it via WhatsApp or social media

  • Landing page (Show module): if Show is active, your landing page includes a button to join the club automatically


Step 6 β€” Send your first email campaign

Once you have at least 10 customers with a card, try your first campaign. Go to Campaigns β†’ New campaign and choose an occasion: welcome, birthday, or a special promotion.

Campaigns are delivered directly to the customer's email.
