Complete checklist to set up your Welcome Back account from scratch

This guide walks you through the initial setup step by step. Follow the recommended order and you'll have everything ready in less than an hour.

Step 1 — Set up your business profile

Go to Settings → Business profile and complete: business name, logo, address and phone number, opening hours. This information appears on your loyalty card and in your emails.

Step 2 — Create your loyalty card

Go to Loyalty → + Create New Card. Choose between points, stamps, or cashback. Design the card (logo, strip, icon) and configure the points rules. Don't publish yet — you can adjust everything first.

Step 3 — Create your first reward

Go to Rewards → + Create Reward. Define the reward name (e.g., "Free coffee"), the point threshold to earn it, and the redemption cost.

Step 4 — Set up your scanner

Go to Locations → your location → Staff → + Assign Staff. Create a scanner account for your team with a username and password. Test it by scanning a test QR.

Step 5 — Create your QR code

Go to Contact Points → + New contact point. Link it to your loyalty card and download the QR. Print it and place it on your counter or tables.

Step 6 — Publish your card

Once everything looks good, go to your card and make sure enrollment is enabled. Share your enrollment link on social media and WhatsApp to announce your program launch.
