You can cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. There are no minimum contracts or cancellation fees.
Before canceling: download your customer list
When you cancel, all your data is permanently deleted — including your customer list and their points history. We recommend downloading your customer base before proceeding.
To download: go to Customer Base → click Export → an Excel file with all your contacts will download.
How to cancel your subscription
In your dashboard, click on your profile (bottom left corner).
Select Billing.
Find the Cancel subscription option and follow the steps shown.
The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens after canceling?
Your account and all associated data (customers, points, cards) are permanently deleted.
The digital cards your customers have saved in their wallet will stop working.
No further charges will be made.
If you change your mind in the future, you can create a new account from scratch.
