What are Dynamic Rewards?

Dynamic Rewards allow you to configure benefits that are automatically sent to your customers based on their behavior or special dates. Once configured, they work automatically via push notifications without you having to do anything else.

Types of Dynamic Rewards

๐ŸŽ‚ Birthdays

Automatically send a special reward on your customer's birthday. For example: "Happy birthday! We're giving you a double burger. Valid for 7 days."

๐Ÿ˜ด Inactive Days

Reactivate customers who haven't visited your business in a set period. You can configure that after 30, 60, or 90 days without visits, the customer receives a notification with a reward to encourage them to return.

๐Ÿ“… Date Range (Special events)

Schedule rewards for specific dates like national holidays, Christmas, business anniversary, or any special event. All customers with an active card will receive the benefit during the configured period.
