A well-designed card doesn't just look good — it communicates professionalism, reinforces your brand, and motivates customers to use it again and again. It's the first visual touchpoint between your loyalty program and your community.
The three images you need
To design your card, you need to upload three images:
Logo — your business logo, shown in the top-left corner of the card. Recommended: square format, transparent background.
Strip — the main background banner of the card. This is the most visible element. Recommended: 1125×432px (or any wide format), your brand colors and design.
Icon — a small square icon shown when the card appears in the wallet list. Recommended: square format, simplified version of your logo.
Design tips
Use your brand colors for the strip — it makes the card instantly recognizable.
Keep the logo and icon simple — they appear at small sizes.
Avoid text in the strip image — the card already shows points, name, and other data over it.
High contrast between background and foreground improves readability on all screen types.
How to upload your designs
Go to Loyalty → your card → Edit → Card Designer. You can upload images from your computer or use the built-in cropping tool to adjust them to the required dimensions.
