What happens when a payment fails
Immediately: Dashboard access is blocked. Existing customer cards continue working normally. You receive an email notification.
After 7 days: All service is blocked — both Dashboard and card distribution. Your customers won't be able to use their cards.
How to fix it
Go to Settings → Billing in your Dashboard (even if access is limited, the billing section remains accessible).
Update your payment method with a valid card.
The system will automatically retry the payment.
Access is restored immediately once the payment is processed.
If access is fully blocked
