⚠️ What happens when a payment fails
Immediately:
Dashboard access is blocked
Existing cards continue working for your customers
You receive an email notification
After 7 days:
ALL service is blocked (dashboard and card distribution)
Your customers won't be able to use their cards
How to resolve the problem
Update payment method
Access your dashboard (if blocked, you'll see the payment screen)
Go to your profile (bottom left corner)
Select "Billing"
Update as needed:
Payment method: Click "Update payment method" and enter new card
Billing address: Update email or address
Pending invoices: Click "Pay now"
Access is restored immediately after successful payment.
Common causes
Expired card
Insufficient funds
Bank security block
Outdated information
Quick solution
"My card has funds but was declined"
Contact your bank to authorize the charge
Try another card while you resolve it
Use the link from the notification email
💡 Important: You have 7 days to resolve the payment before service is completely suspended.
