Configuration by card type

Go to your cashback card settings
Set the return percentage (we recommend ~10%)
Save - Done! Cashback is automatic
For Points and π« Stamps
Go to "Cards"
Select your Points or Stamps card
Click on "rewards"
Click on "create rewards"
Complete the fields:
Name: Clear description (e.g. "Free coffee")
Threshold: Points or stamps needed (e.g. 100 points)
Cost: For your internal control - customer doesn't see this
The system will automatically order prizes from lowest to highest threshold. These prizes are dynamic, meaning they can be edited, modified, and even deleted after being created.
Note: Changes apply immediately and customers see them in real time.
General tips

Troubleshooting
"I can't create a prize at that threshold" A prize already exists at that amount. Delete it first or choose another threshold.
"Customers don't see the prize" Verify you saved the changes. Prizes appear instantly.
"Does the customer see the cost?" No, it's only for your internal control and reports.
