Key concepts

  • Rewards per card: Each card has its own prize catalog

  • Dynamic management: You can add, edit or delete prizes at any time

  • No limits: Create as many prizes as you want

  • One prize per threshold: You cannot have two prizes at the same point/stamp amount

Configuration by card type

πŸ’Έ For Cashback

  1. Go to your cashback card settings

  2. Set the return percentage (we recommend ~10%)

  3. Save - Done! Cashback is automatic

For Points and 🎫 Stamps

  1. Go to "Cards"

  2. Select your Points or Stamps card

  3. Click on "rewards"

  4. Click on "create rewards"

  5. Complete the fields:

    1. Name: Clear description (e.g. "Free coffee")

    2. Threshold: Points or stamps needed (e.g. 100 points)

    3. Cost: For your internal control - customer doesn't see this

The system will automatically order prizes from lowest to highest threshold. These prizes are dynamic, meaning they can be edited, modified, and even deleted after being created.

Note: Changes apply immediately and customers see them in real time.

General tips

βœ… Recommended structure

  • First prize: Relatively easy (50-100 points or 3-5 stamps)

  • Intermediate prizes: Regularly spaced

  • Top prize: Aspirational but achievable

πŸ’‘ Best practices

  • Use specific names: "Free Cappuccino" vs "Free drink"

  • Update based on season or inventory

  • Use the cost field to calculate program ROI

Quick examples

Coffee shop (Stamps)

5 stamps β†’ Size upgrade 10 stamps β†’ Free drink 20 stamps β†’ Full breakfast

Retail (Points)

100 points β†’ 10% discount 300 points β†’ Gift product 1000 points β†’ $50 credit

Troubleshooting

  • "I can't create a prize at that threshold" A prize already exists at that amount. Delete it first or choose another threshold.

  • "Customers don't see the prize" Verify you saved the changes. Prizes appear instantly.

  • "Does the customer see the cost?" No, it's only for your internal control and reports.

Metrics to monitor

  • Most redeemed prizes

  • Average cost per redemption

  • Time to reach each prize

  • Redemption rate per prize

πŸ’‘ Tip: Start with 2-3 prizes and adjust based on customer demand.
