Create your first card (will be the basic tier)
Go to "Cards" β "Create new card"
Choose the type (Cashback, Points, or Stamps)
Set up with standard design
Create your second card (will be the premium tier)
Repeat the process with the same card type
Use a more exclusive design (gold colors, black, etc.)
Step 2: Activate the tier system
Go to the "Cards" section
Click on "Tier system"
Select "Activate tier system"
Step 3: Configure the tiers
Choose cards to include
Select the cards you created

Save the configuration
Click "Save"
The system is active immediately
Step 4: View the system
Return to the "Cards" section
You'll see your cards organized by tiers
An indicator will show how many customers are in each tier
How it works in practice
Customers start with the base tier when they first download their loyalty card
When they pass the threshold, their card automatically upgrades to the next tier
Higher tiers unlock better rewards and exclusive benefits for your most loyal customers
Best practices
β Visual design
Use colors that reflect hierarchy (bronze β silver β gold)
The strip should be noticeably different between tiers

π Strategic thresholds
First tier: Easy to reach (initial motivation)
Middle tiers: Moderate effort with good benefits
Maximum tier: Aspirational but achievable
π¬ Communication
Automatically notify each tier change
Show progress toward the next tier
Celebrate achievements with personalized messages
Frequently asked questions
Can I change the thresholds later? Yes, but existing customers will keep their current tier until they meet the new requirements.
Can customers drop tiers? By default, no. Once a tier is reached, it's maintained.
Can I have different card types mixed? No, all cards in the system must be of the same type (all cashback, all points, or all stamps).
π‘ Tip: Start with 2-3 tiers and expand based on results. A simple system well executed is better than a complex, confusing one.
