The levels system turns your loyalty program into a gamified experience. When customers reach certain point thresholds, their card evolves and they unlock exclusive benefits.
Why use levels?
Levels create a sense of achievement and progression that keeps customers engaged. Customers don't want to lose their VIP status — so they keep coming back to maintain it. For your business, this means higher purchase frequency, higher average ticket, and more loyal customers.
How to configure levels
Go to Loyalty → System of Levels. Create as many levels as you need (for example: Bronze, Silver, Gold). For each level, define the points threshold required to reach it and the visual design of the card at that level.
Customers are automatically upgraded when they reach the threshold. You can also configure automatic downgrade if they don't maintain a minimum activity level.
