Step 1: Create new card

  1. Go to the "Cards" section

  2. Click on "Create new card"

  3. Select the card type from Cashback, Points or Stamps

Step 2: Design and upload images

  • To design your card, you must upload 3 images: Logo, Strip and Icon

  • While each has specific dimensions, you can upload designs of any size and crop them using the card designer.

Logo (1280 x 400 px)

  • Location: Upper left corner

  • Ideal format: PNG with transparent background

  • Design guide:

    • Use horizontal version of your logo, keep generous spacing around it

    • Ensure readability at reduced size

    • When positioning the image, we recommend aligning to the left. This makes the logo align with other labels

Strip (1125 x 432 px)

  • Location: Main card area

  • Format: High quality JPG or PNG

  • Design tips:

    • This is your main creative canvas, use eye-catching visual elements

    • Incorporate your brand patterns or textures

    • Avoid important text on edges (minimum 50px margin)

Icon (114 x 114 px)

  • Location: Push notifications

  • Ideal format: PNG with transparent background

  • Design tips:

    • Simple and recognizable design

Important: Remember that cards will display slightly differently on Apple and Google Wallet. Design for the common denominator - keep critical elements centered and test in both preview modes.

Step 3: Select color palette

Recommended combinations

  • Dark background + white text = Elegant and premium

  • Light background + dark text = Clean and friendly

  • Brand color background + contrasting text = Maximum identity

Step 4: Define the card back

The back is your space for additional information with a more minimalist design. Some recommendations:

  1. Program rules - Essential information

  2. Benefits - Added value

  3. Terms - Necessary fine print

  4. Contact - Support accessibility

Tips for the back

  • Less is more - don't overload

  • Maintain consistency with front typography

Step 6: Finalize design

  1. Click on "Send card"

  2. Your design is ready to make an impact
