In this section you can view and manage all active scanners in your business. A scanner represents an authorized user who can process transactions on your customers' loyalty cards.
What each scanner shows
Scanner name and assigned location
Linked loyalty card
Activity status (active/inactive)
Transaction volume and last activity
Scanner settings
Click any scanner to view or modify its configuration: assigned location, linked card, whether to require ticket amount, whether to require receipt code, and the forced points amount for auto-add mode.
Creating new scanners
Go to Locations → your location → Staff → + Assign Staff. Each scanner gets its own username and password. Staff log in to the scanner web app with these credentials — they do not have access to the owner Dashboard.
