This section lets you view and manage all the scanners currently active for your business. A scanner is a user or device authorized to process loyalty transactionsâsuch as awarding points or redeeming rewardsâon behalf of your business.
Each scanner can have its own custom settings, which you can edit directly from this page.
âď¸ Editing a Scanner
To edit an existing scanner, click the pencil icon in the top-right corner of the scanner card. This will open a window where you can:
Update the scannerâs name
Change the loyalty card itâs linked to
Modify default point values (if using forced points)
Adjust currency settings and region-specific rules
â ď¸ Important: Any changes will only take effect the next time the scanner logs into the Scanner App. So make sure to log out and log back in after editing a scannerâs configuration.
