The transaction table gives you a clear, organized view of everything that happens in your loyalty program — from points awarded to rewards redeemed.
What each transaction shows
Date and time of the transaction
Customer name and card
Transaction type (points added, reward redeemed, manual adjustment, expiration)
Points before and after
Purchase amount (if entered by the scanner)
Scanner that processed the transaction
Receipt code (if required)
How to use it
Go to Analytics → Transactions or access it from Loyalty → Activity. Filter by date range, customer, scanner, or transaction type. Use it to verify specific transactions, resolve customer disputes, or audit scanner activity.
Exporting data
You can export the transaction table to CSV from the same view. Useful for accounting, tax reporting, or deeper analysis outside the Dashboard.
