Every time a customer downloads a digital loyalty card, their information is automatically added to your CRM, giving you access to key data about their behavior, purchase history, and visits.

What you can see in the Customer Database

  • All customers who have downloaded your card

  • Sorted automatically by most recent visit

  • Points balance per customer

  • Complete transaction history

  • Enrollment date and device type

  • Customer level (New, Regular, VIP)

How to search and filter

Use the search bar to find a customer by name, email, or phone number. You can also filter by level, enrollment date, points range, or activity status to create targeted lists for campaigns.

Manual adjustments

From any customer's profile, you can manually adjust their points balance (with a reason log), activate or deactivate their card, or view the complete points ledger for full transparency.
